Winter weather closes schools and makes driving hazardous

NASHVILLE, Tenn.  - March comes in like a lion as another round of winter weather makes its way through Middle Tennessee. Several area school systems have decided to close their doors today because of the ice and snow.

Road conditions have deteriorated this morning, with many slick with ice due to sleet and freezing rain. T-DOT is urging drivers to delay travel or stay off the roads, if possible. The roadways may look clear, but icing conditions have been reported.
